Before we can confirm your coverage, we must conduct a FREE initial service to ensure your system is free from pre-existing faults. We cannot activate your care plan until this first service is completed and approved. If any pre-existing faults are discovered, we will provide a quotation for the necessary repairs. The care contract will only commence once these repairs are completed by us or a qualified third party. Sparta Care Ltd reserves the right to decline coverage at our discretion.

This service includes a full inspection, maintenance, and an anti-freeze check to verify the correct 20% glycol content. We cannot offer our care plan until this service is completed and approved. If pre-existing faults are found, we will provide a quotation for the necessary repairs. The care contract will commence only after these repairs are completed by us or a qualified third party.
